Holte said that on the heels of a recent deal to bring the first Amazing Lash Studio to South Dakota in Sioux Falls, she sees similar viability and potential for the Fargo market because of the demand for the brand&rsquo;s services that already exists there. A franchisee herself in nearby Minnesota, Holte has had customers from North Dakota traverse state lines for the brand&rsquo;s lash extension services. 

&ldquo;Being first to market is the key to success in Fargo because customers there are already engaged and the demand for the business is strong,&rdquo; Holte said. &ldquo;I&rsquo;ve had a consistent flow of customers at my Minnesota studios that drive from Fargo for Amazing Lash Studio&rsquo;s services.&rdquo;

With the right business partners, Holte explained, Amazing Lash Studio has the resources in place to add locations in the Fargo market quickly. Interested business owners in the area would not only be responding to a palpable demand in the market but would also be giving back to Fargo&rsquo;s economy. Each new studio employs anywhere between 15 and 30 employees, depending on the number of stylists a franchisee wishes to utilize. 

&ldquo;Eyelash extensions as a service appeal to women of all professions and ages. There really isn&#39;t a specific market that wouldn&#39;t be good for our brand,&rdquo; Holte said. &ldquo;It can be a very profitable investment if managed the right way; the key to doing so is by establishing a great culture in your studio that allows you to retain your employees and deliver a high-quality, feel-good service to guests on a consistent basis.&rdquo;

Beyond its spa-like setting complete with private rooms and expert, board-certified stylists, the Amazing Lash Studio brand is constantly improving its customer experience through innovation, technology included. While those unfamiliar with the technology Amazing Lash Studio utilizes in its work may think that eyelash extension services are a fad, Holte said that the proof of the space&rsquo;s longevity can be seen in the profits. 

&ldquo;As new studios open, there is a significant jump in membership and traffic from the last,&rdquo; she said. &ldquo;Because of that, we know the demand is still there. I opened my first Amazing Lash Studio location three years ago, and my numbers are stronger than ever. Our current services are all very in-demand and further developing, as we&rsquo;re always looking to add new styles and services.
