WellBiz was previously backed by KSL Capital Partners. The deal positions WellBiz to continue scaling its portfolio of category-leading brands while strengthening infrastructure and franchisee support.

WellBiz operates a diversified collection of nationally recognized beauty and wellness concepts, including DrybarElements MassageAmazing Lash StudioFitness Together and Radiant Waxing. The platform has demonstrated consistent growth through unit expansion and operational excellence across multiple wellness verticals, making it an attractive investment for an operationally focused private equity partner.
