The president of the emerging fitness training brand shared some of her secrets on how to grow a franchise.
In an interview with Business Insider, P.volve President Julie Cartwright outlined some of the lessons she’s learned on how to expand a franchise responsibly.
Cartwright emphasized the importance of building relationships with your customers and making sure you’re visible in the community. "It's really just about authentically building upon the member base and giving them the support that they need to continue to practice the method," Cartwright said.
Cartwright also gave tips on using data to reach target audiences and onboarding potential franchisees.
