CINCINNATI — Caring Transitions, the leading senior relocation, downsizing and estate sale franchise, is closing out the third quarter of 2026 with continued momentum across its 468-unit franchise system.
"It has been a great quarter," said Joe Lewandowski, Brand President. "We are seeing strong momentum across all areas of the business, and we feel very good about the trajectory so far. Financial results really supported that story. We've seen strong revenue growth, systemwide sales are up, and things are heading in a great direction for a very strong rest of the year."
The third-quarter performance builds on an already impressive year for Caring Transitions. During the first half of 2026, the brand awarded a record-breaking 28 new franchise units, expanded its presence in markets across the country and continued increasing revenue and transaction volume throughout its system. Now, the company is focused on ensuring its infrastructure, resources and franchisee support systems keep pace with that expansion.
"I'm most excited about the core health of the business and helping existing owners continue to grow their businesses while bringing in strong new business owners as well," Lewandowski said. "We are focused on building that momentum and creating the infrastructure to support our franchisees."
Throughout 2026, Caring Transitions has continued investing in technology, expanding its coaching team and realigning operational support to better serve its growing network.
The brand has also prioritized improvements to its proprietary technology platforms, including Caring Quote and CTBids, its online estate sale auction platform. These investments are designed to help franchisees streamline operations, improve efficiency and better serve families navigating major life transitions.
"Other than financial results, we are investing in technology, stronger owner support, additional coaches and realignments," Lewandowski said. "These are all things that align with scaling our footprint, increasing brand visibility, improving technology and helping owners succeed."
As awareness of those services grows, the company sees additional opportunities to reach families who may not realize the full range of support Caring Transitions can provide. Through a single provider, families can access downsizing, right-sizing, move management, estate sales and online auctions, eliminating the need to coordinate multiple service providers during an already stressful time.
"Marketing and brand awareness are becoming increasingly important as well," Lewandowski said. "We put a lot of energy behind ensuring families understand the full scale of what we offer. We offer all of these services under one service offering."
The company has continued strengthening its marketing efforts through increased digital visibility, search engine optimization, AI initiatives and strategic partnerships. These efforts are intended to generate greater awareness among consumers and referral partners while creating additional opportunities for franchisees to grow their local businesses.
On the franchise development side, Caring Transitions continues to identify underserved markets where its services are needed but the brand has limited representation. One notable opportunity is Miami and South Florida, a region the company recently opened for franchise development for the first time.
Beyond its financial and development momentum, Caring Transitions also celebrated a successful annual franchise conference during the quarter. The event brought franchise owners and corporate leadership together to share best practices, strengthen relationships and align on the company's priorities for the future.
"We just had one of the best conferences we've ever had," Lewandowski said. "This was my first conference as President, but it turned out to be the best conference yet."
Looking ahead to the final months of 2026, Caring Transitions is focused on carrying its third-quarter momentum forward while laying the groundwork for another strong year.
"We are optimistic and focused," Lewandowski said. "Our focus is on finishing 2026 strong and positioning ourselves for sustainable growth for 2027 and beyond. What I'm most excited about isn't coming from just one place. We are investing in the brand, and when you put everything together, we are creating a stronger platform for sustainable growth."
