Closet & Storage Concepts - Why I Bought

After Isaiah Rozek's in-laws first launched a Closet & Storage Concepts business in July of 2004, Rozek was given an inside look at how successful working in the home improvement industry could be. For local owners working within Closet & Storage Concepts’ proven franchise system, growth potential is unlimited—the brand provides the backing and support of an established and well-known name while at the same giving franchisees the independence to run their business as they see fit. So when Rozek’s in-laws retired, he jumped at the chance to get involved.

“We’re unique and stand out in the industry because we do full custom work for our clients. We have the ability to create something completely new that’s exactly what they’re looking for. You can’t find that type of service anywhere else,” said Rozek. “That’s why I was excited to take over this business a few years ago. As a franchise owner, Closet & Storage Concepts offers me a model that’s designed to bring in customers, ultimately furthering my success and growth.”

It’s clear the brand’s system is working for Rozek—since taking over operations, Closet & Storage Concepts has continued to thrive in Denver. In fact, 80 percent of the location’s business comes from repeat customers or referrals, showing that consumers are consistently satisfied with the brand’s work.

Rozek is also actively growing the Closet & Storage Concepts brand out West. Right now, his business serves as the manufacturer for the brand’s Scottsdale location, which doesn’t have its own factory. Ultimately, Rozek’s goal is to continue serving as a major manufacturer by partnering with more franchisees who are looking to only operate a showroom.

“Being a part of a growing franchise gives me the opportunity to work with other local owners who are in the same position as me. We’re all working towards the same goal— we want to see Closet & Storage Concepts succeed in communities all over the country,” Rozek said. “Those doors wouldn’t be open if I was going it alone.”
