This month’s analytics note is all about progression with two things:&nbsp;<a href="https://www.hellomainland.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=coffee-analytics-the-tools-you-need-to-grow-your-franchise-business-are-here-2723892" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Hello by Mainland*</a> &amp;&nbsp;<a href="https://1851franchise.com/growthclub/">Growth Club</a>. Both, join&nbsp;<a href="https://www.1851francamp.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=coffee-analytics-the-tools-you-need-to-grow-your-franchise-business-are-here-2723892" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">FranCamp</a> (which launched in Chicago last month) as tools for us to help you grow your business.<h2>I want to begin by thanking all who came to FranCamp.&nbsp;</h2>You were a part of a very successful launch, in which we had 100 brands participate in three days of networking at true takeaways. Next year, the plan is to have six events — winter camp, summer camp, fall camp and three regionals for franchisee growth. Our team has worked diligently to build out new infrastructure within the dashboard, and strengthen the stability of the platform so that we can release new tools on a regular basis throughout 2024. A few things that I think are important:<ol><li>Ease of Posting Content: As content marketing continues to become a critical piece of the candidate’s journey, we wanted to make posting your own content simpler so that your team can collaborate in the tool.</li><li>Ease of Ordering Digital Ad Campaigns: We revamped the&nbsp;<a href="https://1851franchise.com/nolimitagency/lets-get-ampd-secure-your-target-audience-with-1851s-proprietary-digital-marketing-tool-2711245">AMPD ordering system</a> with ease of ordering and automated data.&nbsp;</li><li>Comparable Data: This is a big one. Our clients constantly ask for benchmarks, thus, we have started to build one. This tool looks at all brands on 1851, giving you a sense of how much you should be spending.</li><li>More Data: We are on a mission to build predictably in the funnel. When&nbsp;<a href="https://1851franchise.com/franchise-goal-setting-part-5-how-to-leverage-google-analytics-for-franchise-growth-2719960">Google changed its analytics</a> earlier this year, it made it a little more difficult (different) to find the data. Thus, we created a flow of active markets so that you can make better decisions on when and where to spend.</li></ol><h2>In addition to the new dashboard, we wanted to introduce you to&nbsp;<a href="https://1851franchise.com/growthclub/1851-growth-club-the-transparent-inclusive-hub-for-all-things-franchising-2723723">Growth Club</a>.</h2>For the last 10 years, 1851 Franchise has been building itself up as an educational authority in franchising — on a mission to educate franchise candidates on&nbsp;<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vZQ37LnwCrg&utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=coffee-analytics-the-tools-you-need-to-grow-your-franchise-business-are-here-2723892" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">what franchising is</a>, as well as lift up the profiles of those within franchising. We are keeping the commissions low for a few reasons:<ol><li>You need to use the funds to get the franchisee onboarded and successfully growing/scaling.</li><li>We want candidates to know exactly how commissions work.
