After a year-long search for the perfect location, Famous Toastery will be holding a soft opening tomorrow and Thursday, in preparation for an official opening as early as next week. Famous Toastery will bring their avocado omelets, lobster benedict, lobster rolls, and salads to the city’s Downtown Art District.

The unique location will begin by offering breakfast, brunch, lunch, and plans to add dinner a few months into opening.

“Once we get our feet on the ground and moving, we will decide when and what our dinner menu will be,” local owner Bill Bingham told Triad Business Journal.

The restaurant can seat between 150 to 170 inside and 100 people outside, and is beginning with a staff of about 40 members

Famous Toastery is partnering with Winston-Salem Rescue Mission and Art for Art’s sake, and the two will benefit from opening week.
