Fast Casual: Pizza Press goes national by staying local

The brand hopes to reach a total of 300 restaurants across the United States by the year 2020.

The Pizza Press has announced plans to grow by 30 locations across the nation this year. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the brand will be bringing a unique, local design to each of these new locations. This will include architectural styles, art and even specific menu offerings.

"Beyond serving a superior product, we're able to remain locally relevant and appeal to our niche communities as the brand continues to grow its presence nationwide," said Austin, Texas owner Lisa Hilo.

One way this location-centric approach is being accomplished is through locally crafted beers. For example, The Pizza Press offers a peanut butter brew nationwide but the specific type of peanut butter used varies by geographical location. Another way the brand will seek to appeal to locals is by hosting community events.

The brand is continuing to grow rapidly and hopes to reach a total of 300 restaurants across the United States by the year 2020.
