While the brand has not defined a specific market capacity for the state, it notes that it establishes territories and chooses real estate carefully, working to ensure that clubs are relatively connected without positioning locations to cannibalize each other.The total initial investment necessary to begin operation of a Fitness Premier Club Model is $279,849 to $575,499 per unit, and $92,850 to $200,000 per unit for a fitWave Model.
