Todd Leff, CEO of <a href="https://handandstone.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=fox-business-hand-stone-massage-and-facial-spa-reopens-97-of-its-franchises-this-month-2713564" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Hand &amp; Stone Massage and Facial Spa</a> — which was previously named one of the <a href="https://www.forbes.com/pictures/5cd99d925ea6490008c849c7/hand-and-stone-massage-an/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=fox-business-hand-stone-massage-and-facial-spa-reopens-97-of-its-franchises-this-month-2713564#6844086a5036" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">“top franchises to buy” by Forbes</a> — shared that 461 of the spa’s 471 locations were approved to open earlier this month.
