Blue Bell, PA – Griswold, one of the country’s top home care companies, providing professional, compassionate caregivers 24/7, is proud to announce a successful first quarter with the signing of five new franchise agreements and the opening of five new locations. This strategic expansion is set to meet the rising demand for in-home care among seniors, enabling them to age comfortably and safely in their own homes.

“We’re thrilled to see such strong growth and to expand our services to new communities,” said Griswold CEO Michael Slupecki. “Our franchise network is showing incredible performance across the board, with all regions across the country experiencing growth in Q1. This is a testament to our commitment to providing unparalleled care and the effectiveness of our business model.”

Notably, this quarter saw Griswold expanding its reach into California, Hawaii and Florida. Jennifer Murata, for example, is a new franchise owner who recently opened Griswold’s first Hawaii location in Oahu.

“Through our Griswold franchise in Oahu, we plan  to alleviate some of the stress and burden that many families feel when an aging or disabled family member needs help to live independently,” Murata said. “We believe that by shouldering some of the strain on the family unit, we create time and space for family members to more fully enjoy their lives and each other.”

In addition to franchise development, the company’s recent brand evolution, caregiver support initiatives and enhancements in digital marketing have also been fruitful.

“The unit level sales growth has been phenomenal this quarter,” Slupecki said. “We are off to a very strong start nationally, with double-digit increases in same store sales.”

And the home care franchise industry is paying attention. This quarter, Griswold was named a Best of Home Care Endorsed National Provider for the second year in a row

"It’s a testament to the unwavering dedication of our entire network — from our caregivers to our franchise owners," Slupecki said.

Griswold also secured the No. 252 spot on this year’s Entrepreneur Franchise 500 List, as well as earned the “Top Rebrand” recognition on Home Health Care News’ Aspect Awards.

Griswold is charging ahead with enthusiasm and anticipation for the remainder of 2024 with ambitions to exceed 20 signings by the year's end. The company is actively seeking passionate individuals to join its franchise network across the country.

“We always prioritize quality over quantity, but with the amazing momentum we have, we’re optimistic about the future,” Slupecki said. “As Griswold continues to grow and evolve, we remain deeply committed to our foundational principles of compassion, care and the ability to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and their families.”
