Home Clean Heroes, the 12-unit residential cleaning franchise that supports first responders’ families with every house their staff cleans, has a goal to sign 5-10 additional franchise agreements in 2022.

With these lofty goals to essentially double the company’s footprint, the executives have honed in on some main areas of concentration that the brand is focusing on, including the city of Denver, Colorado.

The brand has keyed in on Denver for a few reasons. Nestled near the Rocky Mountains and known for its great weather, music and microbrewery scenery, many people are moving to the state capital.

According to World Population Review, Colorado is the second fastest growing state. Boulder and Denver have more than 3.2 million residents combined, census data shows, and Denver has grown in population by more than 25% since 2010. The brand estimates there are 369,340 target households in the Denver area and more than 40,000 in the nearby town of Boulder.

To meet up with the demand, home construction has been increasing as well, with Builder Online reporting the number of issued building permits in Denver is up 30.3% year-over-year. More residences means more business opportunities for Home Clean Heroes. The brand believes there is opportunity for eight to ten territories available in the area.

Franchisees in Colorado can be a part of the home service industry’s explosive growth and the ensuing demand for home cleaning services. Home Clean Heroes is already capitalizing on the trend, with the company wrapping up the first quarter of 2022 with a 102% increase in year-over-year sales.

“The first half of 2022 was amazing for us, and we have been servicing customers at an all-time high,” said Joe Delatte, president of Home Clean Heroes. “There is ample opportunity for the franchise and we are excited to grow in markets like Denver. Colorado has the possibility to be a great hub with several territories of the brand.”

The startup costs for a Home Clean Heroes single-unit franchise ranges from $76,902 to $100,851. To learn more about franchising with Home Clean Heroes, visit http://homecleanheroesfranchise.com
