Honest Lash Eyes Houston for Franchise Growth With Space for up to 20 New Studios

Honest Lash, the growing lash and brow enhancement franchise, has built a strong following in Texas and is now looking to grow in major markets throughout the state. Houston is the next market the brand has its eyes on, and Chief Operating Officer Megan Madere says there is room for up to 20 new studios in the Greater Houston area.

“We’ve got a lot of interest in Houston, and it’s such a big community,” she said. “There are so many little suburbs and cities surrounding the city, we see an opportunity to bring many new studios to the area. I’d like to open up to two per year for the next decade so we can fully serve the Houston community.”

Madere noted that she is focused on not oversaturating the market and will be strategic about the placement of each studio, but the sheer size of Houston and the surrounding communities lends itself to major development.

“There are communities, like Kingwood and Humble, that can be 45 minutes to an hour away from downtown Houston, but they still consider themselves a part of the Houston community,” she said. “With strategic growth, we can fill out the downtown Houston market and begin to branch out to communities like Deer Park, League City, Kingwood and Clear Lake to provide locations toward the North, South, East and West of Houston.”

While many people in these suburbs will travel to downtown Houston for the right services and events, growing in concentric circles beyond the downtown area will only make Honest Lash more accessible to dedicated clients.

“It’s not uncommon for people to drive into the city for appointments and big shopping trips, but decreasing that barrier for our clients will just give them an even better experience, and it will encourage them to come see us more regularly,” Madere said. “This, of course, will position franchisees to establish themselves even more firmly as key players in the community and capture more reliable revenue.”

For this growth, Madere said she is excited to partner with a driven multi-unit franchisee. For an entrepreneur who lives in the Houston area, Honest Lash studios will provide a vehicle for building wealth, connecting with the community and supporting local economic development. Each lash studio will create anywhere from seven to nine jobs, and multi-unit franchisees who have multiple locations can leverage experienced stylists’ and receptionists’ expertise to train new team members and ensure a consistent client experience across all locations.

The upcoming growth is just part of the brand’s larger expansion plan to establish itself in markets across the state.
