Emerging lash and brow enhancement franchise Honest Lash has its perfectly contoured eyes on the Dallas-Fort Worth market for continued growth. With a strong brand presence in the Austin area, the brand is now working to grow in other major Texas markets to bring its clean, quality beauty services to clients across the state.

“The Dallas area has a mix of industries — technology, healthcare and finance,” said Chief Operating Officer Megan Madere. “It’s a booming market, and a lot of people in the area have high disposable income, which is great for a boutique beauty concept like ours.”

While the demand for beauty services is steady, Honest Lash’s clean products and process and unique open-concept boutique model differentiate it even further, supporting franchisees in capturing this disposable income.

Madere said Honest Lash could comfortably open six new studios in the Dallas-Fort Worth area due to its size and population. She hopes to complete this development within five years, but with a multi-unit franchisee, the process could be streamlined and timeline shortened.

“We’d love to get a central studio established then grow to the north, south, east and west,” Madere said. “Since it’s so big and populated, there are plenty of areas that we could open up in, but Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, McKinney, Waco and Allen are all great markets. Once those areas are saturated, we could look at expanding farther out.”

Franchisees who open in the Dallas-Fort Worth area will still be close to the brand’s existing presence and can easily collaborate with fellow owners and operators in Austin while leading Honest Lash’s expansion into new Texas markets.

“It will be vital for us to work with passionate, driven entrepreneurs in these early stages of growth across Texas,” Madere said. “Selling out markets across the state will build a strong foundation for us to take off nationwide, and we look forward to finding the right partner to represent the brand in the DFW market and be a key player in our meaningful growth.”
