Why This Former Coast Guard Officer Transitioned to Executive Leadership Coaching With ILEC

Johnson is no stranger to being a leader. He spent more than half of his life in the Coast Guard, reaching officer ranking and holding more than 16 leadership positions. During those years, much of his role was dedicated to supporting and building up those who held positions under him while leading a 25,000 member workforce. Now, Johnson uses that dynamic to help him set up the executives who hire him for success. 

“My background in the Coast Guard is deep in leadership. As I rose in the organization, I always wanted to provide opportunities for others,” Johnson said. “I’ve built a strong desire to help people develop. This is about helping people take their careers to the next level, which I'm passionate about. There is no better satisfaction than helping someone achieve their dreams.”
