Soon after joining the team, Hughes swiftly expanded and opened the Northwest Arkansas office, and went from JAN-PRO Franchise Development of Little Rock to JAN-PRO Franchise Development of Arkansas. This move connected JAN-PRO Franchise Development’s presence across the Central and Northwest regions of the state. His father then retired and passed the torch down to him, and over the next four years, Hughes dedicated himself to growing the brand.However, the path to success wasn’t without its own challenges. With the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic, Hughes and his team were forced to quickly adapt in order to navigate the global health crisis, which they did successfully.
