In 2009, Rosalie and her eldest daughter, Audrey Guillem-Saba, founded and opened the first <a href="https://1851franchise.com/lemacaron">Le Macaron French Pastries</a> café in Sarasota, Florida in order to provide residents with the inimitable signature French dessert.Since the confectionary concept opened its doors for business a decade ago, Le Macaron French Pastries has grown to 54 locations with 24 shops in development. Currently, five of those locations exist across the Lone Star State in San Antonio, Austin, Dallas and Houston, with another in the pipeline and plans for further growth.&nbsp;Franchise Owner Dan Farhat is the owner of the San Antonio Le Macaron, and opened the café in partnership with his wife in The Shops at La Cantera, a popular outdoor mall in the city. These major cities are prime markets, especially for Le Macaron’s <a href="https://1851franchise.com/le-macaron-launches-mobile-kiosk-franchise-opportunity-2708322">mobile kiosk concept</a>, because of the large amount of festivals, malls, stadiums and tourist hubs that encourage pedestrian activity.&nbsp;“Texas is a perfect fit for the Le Macaron brand because it is filled with major cities with diverse demographics that support friendly foreign concepts,” said Le Macaron Director of Marketing Angel Santiago. “The beautiful year-round temperate climate attracts tourists and encourages them to go out to the cities’ various malls and attractions.”A unique part about Le Macaron is that it offers its Franchise Owners different models: cafés and kiosks. Because of the high number of malls per capita in the state of Texas, kiosks make for a tasty addition to feature in any shopping center. Customers will be able to shop and enjoy a macaron or two as they go from store to store.&nbsp;To ensure customers are getting nothing but the freshest of pastries, the French desserts are delivered to each location from the brand’s headquarters. By eliminating on-site production, the operational model and real estate footprint is adaptable and simple for Franchise Owners.
