Dhingra grew up in the suburbs of Richmond and after starting a family of his own, he realized Northern Virginia was in need of a higher-quality child care solution.“I was born and raised here in the suburbs of Richmond and even stayed here for college,”&nbsp; said Dhingra. “My wife Mandy and I relocated to Atlanta for a bit, but we moved back in 2016 to be closer to family.
