Open Houses Contribute to the Booming Child Care Brand’s Consistent Growth

Fueled by the belief that a child care center should meet the needs of all those involved in a child’s life, Lightbridge Academy is consistently looking for ways to share their high-care and educational child care concept with more families. Between August 7th and 11th, each Lightbridge Academy location will host an Open House Week, inviting area families to tour their facilities and learn more about the solutions they provide to support busy working parents.

All parents are welcome to visit the center at any time, however, during Open House Week, all centers participate in a special promotion, offering “One Week Free” to newly enrolled families.

“Open House Week is a very busy time with new families enrolling and at all centers,” said Royce Stozki, marketing manager for Lightbridge Academy. “While much of our enrollment comes from referrals from other parents, this week allows us to extend our reach to new families in the area and many first-time parents that are new in their search for high quality education and care for their child.”

Typically, Lightbridge Academy’s Open Houses are held quarterly. Each center in the franchise’s system comes together to market the event, generate online buzz and promote the Lightbridge Academy brand. Often a parent in need of child care works near one center but lives near another and this enables them to take advantage of the same promotion at the location most convenient to them.

“Today’s parents are not looking for just a daycare center, they have much higher expectations. They are also seeking support for themselves in addition to a quality early education program for their children,” said Stozki. “We know that trust plays an extremely important part of a parent’s decision-making process. Lightbridge Academy goes above and beyond to connect parents with their children’s learning experience and build a close relationship as part of their extended family.”

Quarterly Open Houses are one of many ways that Lightbridge Academy comes together as a system to continue to grow the brand. Today, Lightbridge Academy consists of nearly 30 operating centers and is making significant headway in expanding outward from its home base in Iselin, New Jersey.

As Lightbridge Academy continues to expand its unique child care franchise concept and Circle of Care, the company is also looking for franchisees who will not only embrace the company’s core values, but who also possess strong leadership and business acumen and believe in the brand’s mission. The total investment for new franchisees ranges from $502,750 to $686,250, depending on the size of the facility.
