This build-out incorporates more modern fixtures, emphasizes the bar and craft cocktails and will increase cohesion across The Melting Pot locations nationwide. While all locations are noting remarkable revenue growth, restaurants that have implemented the most recent model are performing nearly 20% better than non-remodeled locations, meaning new franchisees will be even better positioned for a return on their investment.The total investment necessary to begin the operation of a Melting Pot restaurant franchise ranges from $1.3–$1.5 million.
