When <a href="https://www.mightyquinnsfranchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=mighty-quinns-barbeque-hosts-exclusive-pitmaster-dinner-and-unveils-new-diner-loyalty-program-2708116" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Mighty Quinn&rsquo;s Barbeque</a> was initially founded more than five years ago, the chef-driven menu was an instant hit for New Yorkers. The slow-cooked, fast-served concept was founded by three brothers, including celebrity chef and Pitmaster Hugh Mangum, financier Micha Magid and veteran restaurant operator Christos Gourmos. Together, they have built up a mega following in the New York and New Jersey markets, and their food has been nationally acclaimed by reporters at The New York Times, USA Today, CNN and many more.&nbsp; To better cater to their fan base and offer them something more than crave-worthy &lsquo;que, the brand is launching a new loyalty program that benefits top-tier customers and regular visitors.

&ldquo;We have had loyal fans that have been with us since day one, when Hugh was serving smoked meats off of his mobile pit,&rdquo; said Magid. &ldquo;With our new loyalty program, our repeat customers and loyal fans can get something more out of their visits to our restaurants by not only earning dining credits but also scoring private invites to tasting events like the Pitmaster Dinner.&rdquo;

To build momentum ahead of the loyalty launch, the Mighty Quinn&rsquo;s team hosted its first ever Pitmaster Dinner and extended an invite to some of New York City&rsquo;s top media influencers, including contributors from Food Network, FOX Business and many more. At the dinner, Mangum created a one-of-a-kind menu that featured five courses, each highlighting a different slow-smoked creation.

Diners started with an arugula salad with smoked chili vinaigrette, heirloom tomatoes and smoked mozzarella that was topped with pecan brittle as their first course. As the second, Mangum introduced a smoked sweet soy berkshire pork belly with bok choy slaw and jasmine rice. As one of the main entrees, guests ate smoked short rib lollipops, smoked tomato salsa, avocado salad and pickled watermelon radish. Guests also enjoyed a whole smoked Colorado lamb shank, hummus, harissa and a fresh baked pita. And, to top off the savory with some sweet, dessert featured sticky toffee pudding, smoked vanilla bean ice cream and maldon sea salt caramel.

&ldquo;With this Pitmaster Dinner, I was excited to create completely new dishes with different cultural influences while still staying true to our authentic wood-smoked, barbeque tastes,&rdquo; said Mangum. &ldquo;Guests were able to enjoy hints of what they can already order from our regular menu, but we pushed the boundaries with some of the dishes to show how we can elevate the amazing flavors off of our smoker.&rdquo;

With the first Pitmaster Dinner in the books, the Mighty Quinn&rsquo;s team plans to make them a regular occurrence at the East Village restaurant. With the recent Loyalty Program launch, Mighty Quinns&rsquo; top-tier fans will make it onto the guest list and enjoy Mangum&rsquo;s off-the-menu creations. The next Pitmaster dinner is set for the Spring season, with the new loyalty program currently live.&nbsp; The Mighty Quinn&rsquo;s Barbeque app can be found in the App Store and on Google Play.
