He says at the height of the pandemic, he realized that only three things mattered: guest experience, the quality of the product and having strong team members. If he focused on those three things, better days were ahead.&nbsp;&nbsp;Arguello also stated that MOOYAH has allowed him to serve his community — to create an extended family — and continue growing his business at the same time.&nbsp;“What happened to us in the pandemic was we realized we were not in the restaurant industry,” said Arguello. “We realized we were in the hospitality industry — implying there is a guest, and our job is to serve that guest. But then we dug deeper and realized we were in the community-service industry, meaning that there is a community, and our job is to serve that community.
