As MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes expands its footprint across the U.S., current franchise owners continue to bolster the brand’s success. With their thriving locations serving only the highest-quality ingredients, franchise owners say they have a passion for serving their community and are eager to continue reinvesting in the Texas-based best burger franchise.

Knoxville, Tennessee, franchisee Josh Lovett currently has one location and says he’s proud to represent the brand's quality food, great guest service and superb support team in his local community.

Lovett most enjoys building relationships with his location’s guests and team, and has found success by building trust in his staff by creating a family atmosphere.

“The MOOYAH family is second-to-none: The food, the many menu options, the way we serve our guests and even the name MOOYAH itself is catchy and addictive,” said Lovett. “It is an easy sell — once someone tries MOOYAH, they will be back for life.”

Sean McCullough, who currently has three units open in Frisco, Colleyville and Wylie, Texas, says everything starts with the quality of the product — and that MOOYAH has the best burgers and the best fries.

Additionally, this multi-unit franchisee enjoys being part of a brand that fits seamlessly into his community,

“This brand naturally fits with schools, churches and charitable organizations to give them a platform to raise money,” said McCullough. “We like having the ability to be an integral part of our community and make a difference at the local level.”

McCullough plans to eventually have seven more locations and is proud to keep growing with a brand that has high-integrity leaders who are strongly committed to the success of each franchise owner.

“The team they have put in place is uniquely focused on the success of the franchise owner, so you know that you are never alone in this journey.”

Alfredo Arguello, who opened his first location in Brentwood, Tennessee in May of 2020, right after the start of the pandemic, now has a second location under construction in Franklin, Tennessee.

Arguello says MOOYAH is not like other brands in that it gives the franchise owner a true chance to take pride in what they do. He says at the height of the pandemic, he realized that only three things mattered: guest experience, the quality of the product and having strong team members. If he focused on those three things, better days were ahead.

Arguello also stated that MOOYAH has allowed him to serve his community — to create an extended family — and continue growing his business at the same time.

“What happened to us in the pandemic was we realized we were not in the restaurant industry,” said Arguello. “We realized we were in the hospitality industry — implying there is a guest, and our job is to serve that guest. But then we dug deeper and realized we were in the community-service industry, meaning that there is a community, and our job is to serve that community. When you take an attitude that is about serving the community, then you become a destination for families, and the whole restaurant becomes a family.”

??The investment range to open a MOOYAH is $551,918 to $715,161. Learn more about franchising with MOOYAH at https://franchise.mooyah.com/.
