Connecticut Post: Mosquito Joe Celebrates Recent Opening in Fairfield County
Franchisee Scott Shaw talks about leaving his job with General Electric to join the mosquito and pest control franchise
Recognizing a growing need for pest prevention services in Greenwich, Connecticut, former General Electric employee Scott Shaw decided to open his own business to help protect his family and his local community. The new Mosquito Joe franchisee recently connected with the Connecticut Post to talk about the service he's offering to the area and why it was so important for him to bring peace of mind to a state plagued by Lyme disease.
“The big thing that we are trying to drive is just getting people back outside again and enjoying outdoors and not having to worry within your own yard about checking your kids for ticks at night,” Shaw said to Connecticut Post reporter Jordan Grice.
