Brands like Famous Toastery take advantage of the summer season’s ice tea craze.

Famous Toastery is taking iced tea to the next level this summer.

The popular breakfast, brunch and dinner franchise decided to give the people what they want: more iced tea options. Famous Toastery has noticed that iced tea has been very popular among customers, and the brand wanted to give them tastier options for the summer season.

Robert Maynard, chief executive and co-founder of Famous Toastery, discussed the ice tea trend with Nation’s Restaurant News.

“Consumers want variety; flavored teas gives them that option,” he said.

The brand is introducing new peach, mint and spearmint iced tea flavors.

“It’s been so hot and we love that mint tea is so refreshing as an ice cold tea,” Maynard told Nation’s Restaurant News.

Famous Toastery currently has twelve locations and plans to expand more nationwide.
