The Millennial generation likes it spicy. As reported in a recent article in Nation&#39;s Restaurant News, a New York-based NPD Group study showed that the number of cases of hot sauced delivered to foodservice outlets increased by double digits over the last two years.

<a href="http://www.mooyahfranchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=nations-restaurant-news-mooyah-burgers-fries-shakes-spices-up-its-menu-7167" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">MOOYAH Burgers, Fries &amp; Shakes</a> is a growing better burger franchise and keeps Cholula hot sauce available in their 100 locations, but also started to incorporate the popular hot sauce into their sauces.

&quot;Cholula has great flavor and is not overly hot, but it adds a kick,&rdquo; Natalie Anderson Liu, Vice President of Marketing for MOOYAH, told Nation&#39;s Restaurant News. &ldquo;And it complements other flavors. It&#39;s versatile and goes with beef, veggie or turkey burgers. It&#39;s hard to find a sauce that pairs well with all three, but Cholula works.&rdquo;

The brand also introduced their Double Diablo burger as part of their Taste to Try promotion, and the spicy burger did so well that it may become a permanent menu item.
