According to The Business Journal, the brand has room for seven additional stores in the area and is on the lookout for eligible franchisees to set these plans further in motion.&nbsp;

&ldquo;We have a great presence in Fresno and see opportunity,&rdquo; Papa Murphy&#39;s Vice President of Franchise Sales, Gary Payne told The Business Journal. &ldquo;The pizza industry is a $40 billion industry, but we have a unique niche in the market. Rather than targeting young males like the largest four pizza chains in the industry, our target is moms and families who are looking to solve a dinnertime dilemma. They want a high quality product they can get conveniently, quickly and cook easily.&rdquo;

The brand is so enthusiastic about the local development that it is offering&nbsp;franchisees a reduced franchise fee for the first year their Papa Murphy&#39;s location is in business.&nbsp;
