Pollo Campero to Exhibit at Restaurant Finance Conference in Las Vegas

The world’s largest Central American chicken brand is showcasing at the finance-based conference as it looks to have 250 locations open in the U.S. by 2026.

Pollo Campero, the fast-casual chicken franchise with 83 U.S. locations and another 270 worldwide, will be exhibiting at the Restaurant Finance Conference in Las Vegas between Monday, November 14, 2022, and Wednesday, November 16, 2022. The conference has historically been well-attended by various members of the industry, such as investors, franchisees, restaurant owners and more.
