Pollo Campero, the fast-casual chicken franchise with 83 U.S. locations and another 270 worldwide, will be exhibiting at the Restaurant Finance Conference in Las Vegas between Monday, November 14, 2022, and Wednesday, November 16, 2022. The event is focused on the finance side of the restaurant business. Prospects will be able to learn more about the Pollo Campero brand and meet the leadership team at booth 327.

The conference has historically been well-attended by various members of the industry, such as investors, franchisees, restaurant owners and more. And this year, it is predicted to have a record attendance. A number of sessions will include the outlook and best practices for the brands in attendance. Additionally, there will be a lineup of guest speakers over the course of the conference who will touch on various topics surrounding the industry.

“We are welcoming those that attend to come visit us,” said Blas EscarcegaPollo Campero’s director of franchise development. “The conference is a welcomed opportunity to let people know that we are a great investment in the restaurant space.”

The conference will help build upon the brand’s nationwide growth plans, which include opening 250 locations by 2026. After maintaining record U.S. sales throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Pollo Campero launched this new strategy to become one of the dominant players in the $38 billion fast-casual chicken franchise segment.

As it embarks on this ambitious expansion effort, the brand is leveraging a proven business model, loyal fanbase and experienced leadership team to attract multi-unit, multi-brand franchisees in markets around the country, starting with Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Louisiana, Arizona, North Florida, San Antonio/Texas Border region and San Diego.

Few brands have the legacy, flavor profile, built-in customer base and proven ability to enter new markets with ease like Pollo Campero, which boasts a unique combination of Latin American and U.S. flavors, including everything from classic fried chicken and empanadas to sweet plantains.

Pollo Campero’s remarkable brand recognition among consumers with ties to Latin America, and its flavor accessibility to those without those ties, set the franchise apart from other brands as it continues to grow in the U.S. — where Hispanic people are projected to reach 30% of the total population by 2050.

Initial investments range from $1,287,250–$2,491,500*. For more information, visit
