Premium Service Brands, the multi-brand home services franchisor, celebrated a banner year in 2022. With a record 92 new openings, the network’s footprint grew by 37% across nine brands, and it maintained its status as one of the fastest-growing home services franchisors in the nation. In January, the Premium Service Brands network came together in Nashville, Tennessee to celebrate the prior year’s wins, align around common goals, and kick off another year of impressive growth.

“Our theme for the 2023 Convention was ‘The Power of One,’” explained CEO Paul Flick. “The goal of hosting annual conventions is to provide a space where each member of the franchise network can come together and get aligned for the next year of business. This year, we focused on sharing the power of one brand, one mission, one strategy and one model.”

Premium Service Brands hosted around 550 total attendees, its largest turnout to date, and feedback has been incredibly positive.

“The nature of franchising scatters our business owners across a wide geography, and it is rare that we are able to all come together like this, which is why the convention is so valuable,” Flick added. “By bringing everyone into the same room and starting conversations about the direction of the brand, we’re able to reunite our business owners and prime them with a set of values that they will keep in mind as they execute local operations over the course of the year.”

The franchisor also took advantage of this time to celebrate key players within its network with a range of awards.

Franchisees of the Year, recognized for excellence as business owners, franchise partners and community stewards, included:

  • Eduardo Esquivel & Gabriela Cerrillo
  • Travis Nicolette

ProLift Garage Doors* was recognized as Champion Brand for 2022 in celebration of a strong year of business and its ability to capture and embody Premium Service Brands’ values.

“We see value in recognizing and celebrating all of the franchise owners who are at the heart of each brand,” Flick added. “Those are the people who make the brands what they are, and that’s really important to us.”

As Premium Service Brands prepares for substantial growth in 2023, already signing 11 deals in January and looking to add a total of 130 new units across all brands, the 2023 Convention served as a way to provide franchisees with a jumping-off point and reiterate the strength the franchise network will find as it moves forward as one.
