Orlando Business Journal: Former Avengers Stunt Double Starts Home Service Businesses in Central Florida

In a recent interview with Orlando Business Journal, Keil Zepernick, a new franchisee with ProLift Garage Doors and Renew Crew, discussed how he went from being a stuntman in Hollywood to a business owner in the home services industry. When the pandemic struck in 2020, Zepernick’s job as a stunt double came to a halt when movie studies were forced to stop production. Thus, Zepernick had to reevaluate his career. With a family he needed to provide for and a desire to have a good work/life balance, he decided to go into business for himself by investing in both Renew Crew and ProLift Garage Doors. He noticed that there were a lot of new homes and developments popping up all over his area in Lakeland, so he knew the services would be in demand and resulting in a good business decision for him.

ProLift Garage Doors has locations across 20 different states, and Renew Crew has 17 locations across 14 different states. Both businesses hope to continue to grow in the upcoming years.
