ReUp Living, an Austin, Texas-based home sale solutions brand, is making strides toward national expansion with the recent signing of a significant franchise deal in the Western United States. Founded in 2021 and franchising since 2022, ReUp Living offers a unique blend of technology-driven home listing services and remodeling to enhance property values. By creating 3D digital twins of listed homes, ReUp Living allows potential buyers to visualize and select upgrades, which are then incorporated into the mortgage and executed before the new owners move in.

“That uncovers some larger opportunities, where we need to invest not only in the floor of a room, but maybe $100,000 into the property as a whole,” CEO Ryan Sawchuk told Franchise Times. “In those cases, we turn around an additional proposal that says a house is currently worth $400,000, but if we put $100,000 in renovations into it, we can sell it for $650,000.”

The brand has steadily built a presence in the Southwest, including states like Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Oklahoma and Texas, and has recently expanded to Florida, Idaho and Michigan. ReUp Living’s latest area agreement with Boise-based franchisees Jeremy and Kalin Morgado will add 17 new locations, expanding into new markets like Montana, New Mexico and Utah. The Morgados, with backgrounds in construction and sales, are eager to leverage their success in Boise to scale the business across the region.

By the end of 2024, ReUp Living aims to have 20 to 25 units open, continuing its push for quality franchise partnerships and nationwide growth.

“It’s all about finding the right franchisees,” said Sawchuk. “We’re looking to find that right owner who wants to build a scalable, successful business. It’s a search for those strategic franchisees who know how to build business in a high growth fashion.”
