MCKINNEY, TX– Scoop Soldiers, the “pooper scooper” franchise with 40-plus units and counting, continues to expand. In recognition of this growth, the franchise was ranked No. 2,776 on the 2023 Inc. 5000 list.

“We’re proud to be recognized on this year’s Inc. 5000,” said EJ McCoy, CEO of Scoop Soldiers. “We have worked diligently to expand with committed franchise owners in markets nationwide, and this recognition is just more proof that our efforts are creating great dividends.”

The Inc. ranking only considers companies that are U.S. based, privately held, for profit, and not a subsidiary or division of a larger parent company. To qualify for the 2023 ranking, companies must have generated at least $100,000 in revenue in 2019 and generated at least $2 million in revenue in 2022.

Between 2019 and 2022, Scoop Soldiers added over 35 new territories to the system and increased system-wide revenue by over 30%. The franchise’s growth in recent years is a clear testament to the demand that exists in both the pet waste removal and larger home services industries.

Last year, Scoop Soldiers executed 22 new franchise agreements and opened 14 new units, expanding in into Charlotte, North Carolina and Washington, D.C. while building buzz around its enhanced territories, a unique offering in the franchise space, which is growing in Georgia, Tennessee, Colorado, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Nevada and Texas.

The franchise continues to drive expansion and is already in the double digits for new franchise agreements executed in 2023 as it works to grow in Texas, Georgia, Florida, Oklahoma, Colorado, Ohio, Utah, Washington and Missouri.

“We are very proud of our recent growth and are thrilled that so many entrepreneurs from different backgrounds have been able to recognize the value of our business model and find the right fit for their future,” said McCoy. “Now, we are ready to keep that momentum strong and continue to partner with qualified, passionate franchise owners across the country.”
