The transition from single unit to multi-unit management can be a tremendous leap. 

I frequently see extremely talented restaurant owners operate one restaurant successfully and, due to their overall success, they then focus on opening more and more locations. Pretty awesome, right? Well, not always. 

Truth be told, this transition to multi-unit leadership can be (and is!) a huge challenge for many restaurant owners. 

Over the years, I have seen MANY fail to make a successful transition or struggle unnecessarily.
