For those in franchising who don’t know Deb Evans, she is president and founder of Deb Evans Consulting as well as an International Franchise Association Certified Franchise Executive, speaker and social media enthusiast. Evans first entered franchising as an employee and then became a franchisee in 1996. From 2004 – 2010, Evans was president of Computer Explorers, a technology education franchise, where she focused considerable time on digital communications strategies and expanding the brand’s footprint. After more than 16 years in franchising, Evans most recently established Deb Evans Consulting to educate and train franchise industry leaders and small business owners about the use of social media and marketing to drive growth and awareness across a variety of audiences.

Jack Monson is the global head of strategic accounts for Manalto, a social media management software engineered for enterprise and changing the way social media is managed inside organizations. Always at the forefront of digital and social marketing, Monson’s leadership and drive within the franchise industry led him to become a co-founder of Frantech, the International Franchise Association’s annual conference designed to help marketing, communications and information technology franchise professionals better understand the digital landscape.
