These companies that help franchises grow and establish a sustained presence in increasingly competitive segments through proprietary technology and creative implementation of ideas are powerful innovators in their own right. These are the business enterprises at the forefront of the franchise industry due to a unique product and ability to contribute to the success of a franchise.

Omnivore*

Omnivore is a cloud-based development platform that services the restaurant industry. Omnivore connects restaurants to consumers by integrating multiple apps for developers to test and utilize in its point-of-sale system to increase the efficiency of operations and collect data to enhance the experience. Salesforce is unique due to its user-friendly platform that businesses can utilize without having to rely on IT experts for setup or management of the platform. Salesforce securely maintains more than 150,000 companies’ data, helping them understand customer needs and better identify opportunities to expand their business by managing information and interactions on a single platform. Over the last year, Salesforce purchased MuleSoft in an effort to more fully integrate distinct software applications and promoted former COO Keith Block to co-CEO alongside Marc Benioff.

Square

Square is a credit card processing system that turns mobile devices into points of sale through an attachable card reader. Founded in 1998, Rosnet’s technology has been utilized daily by large multi-unit concepts like Applebee’s, On the Border, Panera Bread, Burger King and IHOP, and most recently, Corner Bakery. Naranga

Naranga provides franchise brands with an easy-to-use software platform that simplifies and automates operations. The company has also experienced an influx of clients due in large part to its hands-on support.

FranchiseSoft

FranchiseSoft is a full-franchise management software designed to help franchisors increase customer and franchisee satisfaction alike.
