TruBlue Total House Care, the home maintenance and senior service provider with more than 80 open units, is welcoming a long-time business owner to its team of franchisees.

Vince Maffeo has been running his parents’ California-based Comfort Keepers franchise since 2008. Nearly 15 years later, Maffeo has grown that business from three to 10 territories and caters to nearly 300 clients. With years of experience behind him, Maffeo has decided to take on a new venture and has signed on to open his own TrueBlue Total House Care franchise.

Maffeo recently spoke to McKnights Home Care about his decision to open a TruBlue franchise in his own territory of Modesto, California.

“We have an abundance of referral sources in that area that will refer clients on the Comfort Keepers side who can also become clients for TruBlue,” Maffeo said. “With Comfort Keepers, we will take care of the client; with TruBlue, we will take care of the actual home that they live in.”

Maffeo, who will continue to operate Comfort Keepers in addition to his new ownership of TruBlue, said at least 62% of his current client base is interested in adding home maintenance services on top of the services he already provides, so this decision was somewhat of a no-brainer for him.

The initial investment to start a TruBlue Total House Care ranges from $65,000 to $91,000, and interested owners can visit www.trubluefranchise.com to learn more about franchise opportunities.
