TruBlue Total House Care's Franchise System Celebrates Top Performers at its Annual Conference
Following a successful year, the home maintenance franchise held its first in-person conference since the onset of COVID-19 this past quarter.
TruBlue Total House Care, the franchise that provides subscription-based home maintenance and handyman services for seniors and families, saw significant growth in 2021, doubling its revenue for the second straight year. That momentum continued in 2022, with the company's strongest sales month in August. Recently, the TruBlue family got together in Dallas to celebrate the past few years' success with its first in-person conference since the onset of COVID-19.
“It was a tremendously successful conference,” said Sean Fitzgerald, TruBlue’s President. “It was really great to see all of the franchisees and attendees, and we had terrific attendance in terms of the percentage of the system that came to the conference. We held several great sessions and received awesome feedback from surveys that were extremely positive.”
At the conference, the TruBlue team announced several new programs that were in the works, including a brand new POS system and CRM that helps enhance the customer experience. They also announced new leadership additions, including Carrie Coumbs, who has joined the brand as a Senior Strategic Advisor.
The conference, Fitzgerald says, was also about celebrating the wins of the franchisees. This year's awards include:
- Franchisee of the Year: Matt Neelan of Cranberry, Texas
- ‘Rising Star’ Award: Nate Kear of San Antonio, Texas.
- The Spirit Award in honor of Sandrine Goeller: Tim and Kay Diemont of Yorktown, Virgina.
- The ‘Top Performer’ Award: Daniel Elswick & Casey Martin, of East Lexington, Kentucky.
“We are very proud of Matt for winning franchisee of the year,” said Fitzgerald. “You can’t ask to have better franchisees in your system than he and his wife. They contribute back to the brand and are great operators. He is always willing to be on committees and panels and talk to other candidates about being an owner. He is just an ideal franchisee, and we are very proud of him.”
Now, as awareness around aging in place continues to increase, and TruBlue makes waves in the industry, Fitzgerald says the team is excited to continue welcoming new franchise owners into their system.
“With this offering, entrepreneurs have a rare chance to capitalize on the booming senior industry without the complexity of in-home care,” said Fitzgerald. “We are looking for qualified, passionate and community-driven professionals to help us expand our footprint and establish ourselves as the leading provider of home maintenance services for seniors.”
TruBlue is actively seeking new franchise owners in markets across the country and has identified Orlando, Miami, Jacksonville and Naples, Florida, as well as Dallas and Austin, Texas, as key development markets.
The total investment estimate for a TruBlue Total House Care franchise ranges from $65,050–$91,400. To learn more about franchising with TruBlue, please visit https://trubluefranchise.com/.
