LAKEWOOD, Colo. — Woodhouse Spas, the leading luxury day spa franchise known for elevating wellness in communities nationwide, closed the third quarter of 2025 with strong operational focus, owner engagement and two major innovation initiatives that position the brand for meaningful growth in Q4 and beyond.

“Business was humming this quarter,” said Chief Operating Officer Ariel Clay. “We were preparing for several major initiatives in Q4 — putting in the work behind the scenes to set up what’s coming next.”

One of the most anticipated developments took shape at the very end of Q3: the launch of the new Woodhouse club pilot across 11 participating spas nationwide. Clay says the program was designed around a clear goal — driving more frequent visits while ensuring every experience continues to feel special.

“Woodhouse is viewed by a good portion of our guests as a luxury and a treat,” Clay said. “We know that they’re getting massage and facial services more frequently than they visit Woodhouse. We want every massage to feel like a treat. We want to incentivize guests to treat themselves more often and not go to the low-experience places.”

The pilot began giving guests a new way to engage with the brand on October 1. The membership-style program is rooted in access, experience and exclusivity. Some spas with expanded amenities will offer additional complimentary elements. Across the network, the intention is the same: make the Woodhouse experience more frequent, more accessible and more inviting.

“Our goal is to run for about six months, align on a construct that our members like and roll it out more broadly,” Clay said.

Building on its Q3 momentum, Woodhouse is preparing to introduce what Clay calls a potentially transformative initiative: the first Woodhouse medspa pilot. Woodhouse has long specialized in advanced skin care within traditional spa parameters, staying “as close to medical without crossing the line.” But guest demand has made the next step clear.

“What we’re learning is that guests want more,” Clay said. “They want to cross the line. We’re listening to our guests. Innovating for what they’re looking for and creating great revenue opportunities.”

The medspa pilot will include injectables, microneedling, chemical peels and other high-demand services — but it will be delivered through the signature Woodhouse experience rather than a clinical environment.

“You can have these services outside of a clinical setting. You still come into our same lobby with spa music. You can go into the quiet room after,” Clay said. “It’s the spa experience around the medspa services.”

With the club pilot underway, the medspa pilot launching and franchisee collaboration at a high point, Clay says momentum is strong heading into the final stretch of the year.
