This aligns perfectly with our business model.”While there are about a dozen territories in the greater Philadelphia area that would encourage success with Woodhouse, Pantera emphasizes how careful the team would be in its development throughout the Philadelphia market.&nbsp;Multi-unit owners are increasingly common in the Woodhouse system, with both existing franchisees choosing to expand and new owners making multi-unit investments. This growth strategy will be appropriate for Woodhouse’s expansion in Philadelphia, and thoughtful positioning will ensure all future spas are able to thrive.“We’re very conservative with our mapping and our spacing,” Pantera said. “We avoid cannibalization of this brand — probably more than I’ve ever seen in any other brand. Even though we have around a dozen territories that we’ve flagged, we’ll likely sell six or eight before we consider the market sold out.
