is a “down-the-line” concept where customers have a choice between white, wheat or gluten-free crust and then pick their toppings. Pizzas are cooked in only four minutes in a super-hot brick oven and brought out to the customer. Your Pie also separates itself from the competition by hand tossing their dough.
"The thing that distinguishes us from the rest is that we are actually hand tossing our dough right in front of you. It really makes a difference with the product," franchisee Shawn Reinhart told Crain’s Chicago Business. While the brand acknowledges the hot pizza market in Chicago, founder Drew French is confident in Your Pie’s success in the area. "We know this category is growing across the country, and I think there is room for everyone to do what they're doing as long as they are doing it well," French said, "The good thing is everybody loves pizza, but we've got to provide a great product with a great experience.”
