Home Health Care News: Right at Home CGO Shares Industry Insights
Brady Schwab shares his journey in the industry and more with the Disrupt podcast.
On a recent episode of Disrupt, a podcast from Home Health Care News, host and editor Andrew Donlan sat down with Brady Schwab, CGO of Right at Home, the 700-plus location in-home care concept helping seniors and adults with disabilities live comfortably at home.
Schwab spoke with Donlan about the contemporary challenges in today’s personal care landscape, and how to mitigate those, as well as growth opportunities, and how to accelerate those. The interview also covered Schwab’s background as an audiologist and other experience in the hearing healthcare industry before joining the Right at Home team.
When asked about why he found the home care industry exciting, Schwab noted, “The opportunity and the innovation around aging and the huge demographic opportunity. The change in healthcare delivery from more institutional to at home really intrigued me. I've always been around health care and around seniors, and it was a really interesting combination of those two that just came together and a great opportunity professionally for me and becoming part of a great team.”
