“Providing a venue where people can come and bowl or play a couple games of pool, we’re proud of that,” said Ronak Manek. “Because we’re small, we can be in a very central location. We’re surrounded by a mall, a movie theater, a Target and a Costco. If we went with another brand, we couldn’t fit there.” 

Siniscalchi helped them find a location, and opened a corporate store in nearby Phoenix to offer support. But for the Maneks, the real selling point was the flexible lifestyle Siniscalchi worked into the business model for franchisees.
