Families are often attracted to Texas for the strong reputation of its school systems.</span></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><span style="background-color: white;">&#8220;What we&#8217;ve learned through our centers in Texas is that many parents are raising their families there for the educational opportunities,&#8221; continued Lam. &#8220;Education is highly valued, and parents not only want their kids to go to a great school, but they want to give them every possible opportunity to excel - our enrichment programs in this market have achieved incredible, and steadily growing success.&#8221;</span></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><span style="background-color: white;">Best in Class intends to add at least 15 more centers over the course of the next three years in the state of Texas, with growth already being spearheaded by existing franchisees Ira Giri and Priya Venkat. In fact, Giri just opened her second location in September, in Katy, Texas, and the new center set a system-wide record for student registrations on opening day.</span></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><span style="background-color: white;">Giri discovered a love for early childhood education when she became involved in volunteering in her own children&#8217;s classrooms. In 2005 she received her early childhood and pre-kindergarten certificates to teach and began researching options to make a career out of her newfound passion for education. She previously worked in computer programming.</span></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><span style="background-color: white;">In comparing investment opportunities, Giri saw a distinct difference in the classroom material Best in Class offered to students, and knew it was both something she wanted to use with her own children as well as other students throughout her community.</span></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><span style="background-color: white;">&#8220;The methodology and material speaks for itself,&#8221; said Giri. &#8220;Students are very enthusiastic about learning and tend to improve rather quickly and their parents who are able to see this transformation tell their friends. The natural growth that&#8217;s happened since we first opened in this area has truly exceeded my expectations.&#8221;</span></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><span style="background-color: white;">Franchisee Priya Venkat actually first learned about the brand because she enrolled her four-year old with Best in Class in 2007. She was so impressed with the results she witnessed that she began to explore the option of opening her own location. Now eight years later, Venkat is in the process of preparing her second center which is scheduled to open in January or February 2016. Based in Allen, Texas, Venkat&#8217;s development is focused in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth market.</span></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><span style="background-color: white;">&#8220;Parents in this area understand the importance of getting kids passionate, interested and ready to learn at a young age and there&#8217;s nowhere else in the area in terms of supplement learning and enrichment that compares to Best in Class from a teaching style or curriculum standpoint,&#8221; said Venkat. &#8220;Our business has continued to grow right along with the rapid growth rate of this community.&#8221;</span></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><span style="background-color: white;">Both Giri and Venkat plan to open their third centers in 2016 as well.</span></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><span style="background-color: white;">&#8220;We are actively seeking additional franchise partners in Texas who share the same type of passion that Ira and Priya have for Best in Class and are motivated to drive their own successful business,&#8221; said Lam. &#8220;While we have scratched the surface in a couple of the major markets, we still have plenty of available territory in the state and we know the demand is high for our services, presenting a really unique ramp-up opportunity for the right partners to join our growing and wonderful team.&#8221;</span></div>
