The first is organizational development. I’m a big believer that people have to understand what they do to love their job,” he said. “Bringing clarity to people’s roles and how they work together is extremely important, and EOS plays a major role in accomplishing that.”“The second is that I wanted to bring a quality mindset to BIGGBY® COFFEE,” Gilkey continued. “It’s important that we have the right systems running and that they’re continuously improving. The third is systems-driven management.
