The BIGGBY® COFFEE brand’s gross sales also spiked, growing by 28% across the system.“Breaking that number down, 20% of sales increases were in same-store sales growth and 8% is new store sales growth,” said McFall. “We did have a COVID dip in 2020, but even during the pandemic year, our gross sales grew by 15.8%, and of that,&nbsp; 8.49% was same-store sales.
