<a href="https://www.bizjournals.com/triangle/news/2019/08/13/restaurant-chain-to-serve-triangle-fresh.html?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=triangle-business-journal-restaurant-chain-to-serve-triangle-fresh-perspective-on-mexican-food-2711683" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">According to the Triangle Business Journal</a>, the Mexican fast-casual concept <a href="https://franchise.californiatortilla.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=triangle-business-journal-restaurant-chain-to-serve-triangle-fresh-perspective-on-mexican-food-2711683" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">California Tortilla</a> will be opening its first North Carolina location in early 2020.
