Caring Transitions Starts 2024 with Record-Breaking Franchise Growth and Exciting Brand Refresh

CINCINNATI, OH – Caring Transitions — the 300+ unit franchise that provides older adults and their families with the most trusted and comprehensive senior relocation, downsizing and estate sale solutions in the industry — is starting off the year strong. In Q1 of 2024, the brand saw record-breaking franchise sales, celebrated its National Conference and officially launched its brand refresh. 

“It has been a strong quarter,” said Caring Transitions President Ray Fabik. “Not only are our unit-level sales continuing to increase, but we are also breaking records in terms of franchise sales. Everything has really lined up to bring an exceptional start to the year.”

Caring Transitions assists seniors in their moving process by visiting their homes and helping to pack and organize their possessions, ensuring a smooth transition to their new residence by creating a recognizable living space. Following the relocation, the team goes back to the original property to organize and conduct in-person or virtual estate sales using their exclusive platform, CTBIDS.

To kick off the year, Caring Transitions held its Annual National Conference in New Orleans from March 3 through March 6. Attendees included over 250 franchise owners, employees, leaders and vendor sponsors within the Caring Transitions network. 

Perhaps the biggest moment of the conference, according to Fabik, came with the reveal of the official Caring Transitions rebrand, set to launch in April. Over the past year, the team has been hard at work redefining the franchise’s overall branding, including the creation of a new logo, brand assets and more.

“This refresh has been in the works for a long time,” said Fabik. “It was very exciting to finally roll it out to the franchise network and it was met with great praise from everyone in the network. That meant a lot and made the conference very special.”

This quarter also saw the Caring Transitions name reach a whole new audience, thanks to several new marketing initiative. “We went on XM Radio recently, we have advertisements airing on streaming services — it is a very exciting time,” said Fabik. “More and more people are learning about who we are and what we do.”

Another initiative that is rolling out in quarter two is CTBids Premier Program, which will allow frequent bidders to take advantage of concierge services, special incentives and more. In October of last year, Caring Transitions launched its CTBIDS app, further building out the popular online auction platform, which sees over 9 million monthly visits.

Now, as Caring Transitions moves into the rest of the year, the focus remains on expanding its reach through franchising, enhancing its offerings and continuing to provide exceptional services to seniors and their families.
