From there, prospective franchisees are put on a real estate call to learn more about the brand’s real estate selection process.&nbsp;“With assistance from our real estate team, a live map is placed in front of them to show what the market looks like and where the optimal location may be for their Elements Massage studio,” Galvan said. “When they leave that call, they will have more knowledge about the market and the analytics we do to help position them properly.”&nbsp;From there, prospective franchisees can attend Meet the Team Day at the Support Center&nbsp; in Englewood, Colorado. The Support Center is&nbsp; open for those who are still open to traveling in person during the COVID-19 pandemic.However, those who would rather connect online can attend a virtual Meet the Team Day. Once a prospective franchisee opts to join the brand, various team members are dispatched to personally support them.&nbsp;“That’s the beauty of being part of the Elements Massage brand — it’s that you have a huge support team, including a team of people to support you prior to opening, <a href="https://1851franchise.com/elementsmassage/how-elements-massager-handles-digital-marketing-on-the-enterprise-level-to-benefit-franchisees-2711035#brand-latest-stories">from site selection assistance to construction design to marketing</a>,” Galvan said. “New franchisees also have a new studio opening coach who is part of the operations team. That person is really going to be their quarterback on a regular basis and helps to break down the process into bite-sized pieces for them offering support every step of the way.”The brand continues to offer its franchisees strong support during COVID-19. Communication goes out from&nbsp; the brand’s Support Center on a weekly basis.
