The more we can diversify the offering, the better. All of our guests have different needs, and the menu should be a reflection of that. We want everyone to feel Famous.”As part of this customer-tailored strategy, Martinez says all of the new winter cocktails were specifically created based on guest and staff feedback.&nbsp;“We not only allow our franchisees to create their own Famous Toastery drink specials, but we also will take what is working in one market and bring it to other markets,” Martinez said. “The fact that we also only offer for a limited time drives more guests to these locations, but, on the flip side, if we see that something is doing really great, we will keep it year-round.
