Maynard explained how <a href="https://1851franchise.com/famoustoastery/info">Famous Toastery</a> took advantage of off-premises dining while doubling down on its core brand principles.“You’re not thinking about anything else but survival. Nothing else matters,” Maynard said. “We made the menus smaller — everything you’re supposed to do, we did in a couple days. We rolled out online ordering in four days, we had curbside delivery the day we shut down.
